3.5 KYC Verification. pkr8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and temporary hold on Funds pending resolution.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. pkr8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.5 pkr8 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any Funds held within it to any third party.

7.2 Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User. pkr8 reserves the right to void wagers placed on incorrect odds or prices arising from technical errors.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, game malfunctions, or third-party payment provider delays.
11.2 pkr8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
